Danielle Levitt Visits Nemo
The lovely and talented Danielle Levitt graced the halls of Nemo last week. She even joined us for Dona’s “Goodbye” festivities. Here she is at the party with photographer Stephen Mitchell Gilbert. 
Danielle’s photographed everyone from Scarlett Johansson and Lindsay Lohan, to Parker Posey (my favorite) and The White Stripes- not to mention countless other more interesting non-famous types. She has a unique sense of style and has been noted for her representation of pop culture. She gave a lecture at Parsons the New School for Design about her methods. Check it out, I love her fearless approach to the people she wants to shoot. She captures a character rather than just a scene by creating a visual story.
