On 9/5 StudioNemo was proud to present Adreinne DeBoers “The Preservation of Fleeting Moments”. Were excited to have her work on our walls, come in to check it out this month.

Way to think outside the box. And the circle. And the triangle. But not outside the trapezoid.

That is one of the cheesiest videos i’ve ever seen. On some level it seemed almost disrespectful and condescending of the deep emotions Adrienne is trying to reach within the viewers of her work.

  4. Steve says:

    That is some dope shiz.

    Hi Milesl,

Quite the contrary, Adrienne’s work is incredible and this video is meant to capture the “affective” memories (as named by psychoanalytic theory- meaning the transference of physical emotions) that draw almost visceral emotions from her images. It’s really hard to do that without being cheesy. But it certainly isn’t meant as disrespect. We love her stuff.
